NAME: Frank Tenczar


Biography: Frank Tenczar, 45, a senior reporter for New Jersey Network News and winner of local television news awards, died Tuesday at his home from complications related to AIDS. Best known for his production and reporting work on feature stories, Mr. Tenczar won two local Emmy awards, one in 1986 in the Philadelphia area for individual achievement and one in Seattle in 1977 for a documentary on homosexual lifestyles.
