Biography:Billy was born in Rye NY and grew up there and in Lancaster PA. He was a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. Attended graduate school at Temple University. He was a vegetarian and a recent Catholic. He had the looks of Robert Redford and the sensitivity of St Francis. He left this world much too soon.
