NAME: Robert Marcelonis


Biography:


Robert Marcelonis, 41, whose musical Copernicus was staged by his friends at the Annenberg Center last June, died Thursday of complications from AIDS at his home in Germantown. Mr. Marcelonis, who graduated from Temple University with a degree in music composition, was a composer and playwright. He also formed a band and oratorio choir, played folk music at area coffeehouses, and did stand-up comedy at venues from Philadelphia to Hollywood.
