Biography:' SOCIETY HILL EXECUTIVE, 46 William J. ``Kools Harry, 46, of Society Hill, a corporate executive and socialite who was active in a variety of charities, died of complications of AIDS on Tuesday at Allegheny University Hospitals/Graduate. Mr. Harry was a graduate of Georgetown Prep in Washington and the University of West Virginia, where he earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations in 1974
