NAME: Dennis D. Bethea

Biography: DENNIS D. BETHEA, 43, executive director of the Tenant Action Group of Philadelphia (TAG), died Monday of complications from AIDS at his sister's home in Willingboro. He was a resident of North Philadelphia. Mr. Bethea began working for TAG in 1987 as assistant director. He was then appointed acting director and in December 1992 became executive director of the private nonprofit organization. In 1973 he received a bachelor of arts degee from Rutgers University.
