Biography:
Benjamin V.P. Verdile, 54, a former superintendent of schools in Burlington County, died Tuesday of complications from AIDS at his home in Center City Philadelphia. Mr. Verdile, a native Philadelphian, was superintendent of the Burlington County vocational and technical schools from 1981 to 1989. When he retired, the vocational board of education in Burlington County dedicated the auditorium at the Westampton vocational campus in his name.
