This wiki collects the history of gay men in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA between 1960 and the present. It is intended to document the organizations, bars, culture and social networks created by these men.
For those who have never used a wiki, it is a webpage that is easily edited/changed by the viewer. This means that YOU have the authority and power to update this site and change it as you please. The site keeps track of every change made, so it is fine to make mistakes or experiment.
You are invited to add your own knowledge and stories about Gay Philadelphia to this site.

Things you can do to build up this site:
- You can add a page for yourself. (Click on New Page, and then (IMPORTANT) click the User Template).
- You can add people, organizations, and bars/clubs to the site (if you're adding a new person, please click the User Template.
- You can also edit existing entries (click on the page, and then click "Edit Page").
- You can view the list of current individuals at the Person Index page.
- You can view the list of organizations of which they are/were a member at the Organization index page.
- Finally, you can see a list of gay bars and clubs at which people spent time at the Bar Index page.
