Biography:
Robert Rafsky, 47, a Philadelphia native and AIDS activist who received wide publicity when he confronted presidential candidate Bill Clinton at a New York City fund-raising event last year, died Saturday. Mr. Rafsky, a former reporter for the Philadelphia Bulletin who later became prominent in public relations, died at New York University Medical Center of AIDS-related complications, said Jay Blotcher, a spokesman for the AIDS activist group Act Up.
