[OECHSLER, 38, a Philadelphia lawyer], died Monday at his home in Center City of complications related to AIDS.

Mr. Oechsler, formerly of Minneapolis, worked at the law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young until 1994, when illness forced him to stop working.
